Terms and Conditions
1) RESERVATION DEPOSITS: 1/3 or one night is due at the time of booking, whichever is greater. Please note - for any reservation longer than three nights a total of 1/3 of the reservation is due to hold the reservation. This may result in a second transaction depending on your booking source. The balance is due upon check-in.
2) CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS: All reservations require 14 days notice to cancel or amend. There is a 10% processing fee when cancelling MORE than 14 days away from arrival. Cancellations & amendments with LESS than 14 days notice forfeit the entire deposit. If you have booked with a third party booking agency, please refer to your confirmation from that agency for your exact policy.
3) ROOM OCCUPANCY: Based upon our Certificate of Occupancy there are limitations set regarding the maximum number of people (adults & children) in every room. If your party size exceeds the allowed occupancy in the room you have reserved you will be required to upgrade to a larger room and will be subject to the prevailing rates. In the event we do not have a room suitable for your revised party size you will be required to take an additional room or cancel this reservation subject to a full cancellation penalty.
4) NO SMOKING POLICY: The ENTIRE property is smoke-free, including private balconies. A $250 is assessed on any reservation where the smell of smoke is present.
5) PETS: We are NOT pet-friendly.
6) CHECK-IN TIME: Anytime after 3:00PM CHECK-OUT TIME: No later than 10:00 AM
7) PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN: Cash, credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Sorry, but we do not accept Personal Checks except for deposits 30 day in advance of arrival. If you plan on using a DEBIT card or cash for final payment or to keep on file, there will be a $250.00 security deposit.
8) CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: To check-in you must be over 21 years old and present a valid photo-ID and the card used to make the reservation. If the cardholder is not present, we require a signed credit card authorization form and copies of cardholder’s ID and credit card.
9) PARKING: FREE ONSITE PARKING FOR 1 CAR PER ROOM.
