West, conveniently located in the heart of Duval Street. A compound of two buildings set around a lushly landscaped swimming pool. The Key West Hotel formerly CASA 325 offers a quiet retreat for those wanting
privacy.
Our main house is a beautifully restored Victorian style conch house;
our pool side house was built in 1999. Both houses contain bright, clean and
spacious accommodations.
Every one of our rooms and suites is unique and offers its own special Key West experience. If driving, we offer limited off street parking
for small and mid-size vehicles. Children welcome and pets are welcome
on a selective basis.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation,Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
- Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = $50.00 cancellation fee and remaining amount of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = Deposit is non-refundable
For most Holidays and special events(Fantasy Fest, Powerboat Races, Christmas Week and New Years Eve), we enforce a 60-day cancellation policy.
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason, forfeit their deposit paid.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us,please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking with us you and your booking party agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out.
To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance, this deposit amount is equivalent of the first night of your stay.
Guest making reservation must be 25 or older at the time of check in. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website.
There is no extra charge for children under 16 if they are using existing beds. Sofa bed and roll away may be available in some rooms with an extra cost of $25.00 per night.
Pets are welcome with a $25.00 fee per night. Some restrictions apply. Please call us for details.
Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;
- Check-in by: 3:00pm and before 6:00pm on day of arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00pm please inform us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
- Check-out by: 11:00am on day of departure. Late check out until 1:00pm is $25.00 and must be approved by manager on duty.
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes and cigars, is NOT allowed in our rooms. Smoking IS allowed on the property, anywhere outside. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged for smoking in a room.
We reserve the right to charge the guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge per key lost.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners.
