I HEREBY CERTIFY, COVENANT AND WARRANT THAT I understand the Gap Creek Cabin policies as follows:
- The full amount of guest stay will be collected at the time of booking.
- A full refund will be granted if reservation is cancelled > 5 days before check in.
- Guests will charged 50% of stay if reservation cancelled within 5 days of check in.
- Guests will be charged the full of amount of their reservation if cancelled within 24 hours of check in.
- Prices are subject to change and guests will be notified beforehand.
- Access to our cabins is limited to registered guests only. Guests found in violation of the policy may be asked to leave and future reservations may be permanently suspended.
- I understand that Gap Creek Cabins is a family centered establishment and maintains a courtesy quiet time curfew after 10 pm. Guests founds in violation may be asked to leave and future reservations may be permanently suspended.
- I understand that consuming alcohol while operating any off-road machine while on the property of Gap Creek Cabins is not permitted.
- I understand that pets are not permitted on the grounds. I understand that smoking within the cabins may result in a penalty of at least $50.
- I will follow all rules and safety standards applicable to recreational activities.
- I will park in designated parking areas and ride only on graveled areas. I will stay off the grassy areas.
- I will not commit any act which shall interfere with the operation of Gap Creek Cabins.
- I will not commit any act which will damage or harm Gap Creek Cabins, its operations or reputation.
- I understand that Gap Creek Cabins reserves the exclusive right to ask guests to leave the property and permanently suspend future privileges for violation of any published or posted rule or regulation or for any reason whatsoever.
