Property and Cancellation Policies:
You must cancel a minimum of fourteen days prior to your first night for a complete refund. Otherwise, if another guest does not reserve the same room(s) you reserved for the same date(s) you reserved, you will be charged for your entire reservation.
- Must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and to check into a room.
- We have off-street parking available for one vehicle per room and only registered guests are allowed to park on the property.
- Our license allows limited capacity per room to ensure guest safety. Exceeding room capacity is not permitted.
- Only registered guests are allowed upstairs in guest rooms and hallways
- Beach tags must be returned at the end of your visit to avoid having your credit card charged $75 each
- We do not accept reservations that include children under the age of 15
- When using bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagons provided by the Tandem Bike Inn you assume full responsibility for personal injury and further release and discharge the Tandem Bike Inn, its owners, employees and representatives for injury, loss or damage that may arise, whether caused by your fault, the Tandem Bike Inn or other third parties.
