Property and Cancellation Policies

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 1 days after we have confirmed your reservation.
The deposit amount is the first day room charge. 
The Inn has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the pre-payment deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Price policy
All prices are stated in CAD. The prices stated are without tax, the tax will be added. Room rates include a limited breakfast menu.

Smoking Policy
The Georgetown Inn is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a room cleaning fee. 

Rooms
When making a reservation you will be booking a specific room. Each room has unique style and amenities. We want you to have a great time when you are here, but we go by the rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Additional charges apply if rooms have to be renovated. 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM is quiet time for the benefit of all guests, and any excess noise will not be tolerated.

Extending Your Stay 
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by letting us know before you arrive.

Accessibility or Special Needs
In the Inn we have many stairs, all of our rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building and we do not have an elevator. Please tell us your special needs at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Children Policy
Children stay free, but would count towards each rooms occupancy count. We do not have cribs or baby beds available. Please understand that the hotel is a place where guests come to relax.

Parking Policy
Guest parking is available at no extra charge. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you are doing so on your own accord. The Inn does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.

Force Majeure
If we are facing a force majeure incidence, the reservation can be cancelled any time without any right of claim against us.

Liabilities
We do our best to make the Inn a safe place. Th Inn is not liable for loss or theft of items. In cases of misuse of installations or furniture no claim can be made. Our kitchen is not free of nuts, shellfish or other allergens. In case of an allergic reaction we are not liable. The same applies for our rooms.
