Terms and Conditions
Cancellation & No Show Guest may cancel up to 7 days before reservation check in date to receive full refund. If guest cancels within 7 days of check in date they will not be refunded. Upon check in reservation total is not refundable. Rate is non refundable in the case that the guest must checkout early for personal reasons. Smoking in Rooms: All of our rooms are non smoking. Any guests who smokes in the room will be charged a $250.00 fee. Pets: We do not allow pets. Check in: Check in is via a smart lock on your door. Check in starts at 4pm and is anytime post. Parking: Parking is free but is limited to 1 car per room. Guests are required to display their parking passes in their cars. If not displayed the guest faces a risk to be towed at their own expense. The property is not responsible for fees associated with guests being towed. Terms & Conditions: Guests who are found to be excessively loud, disturbing other guests or staff, or violent towards guests or staff will be removed from the property and will not be given a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service.
