Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully prior to making any booking via this website. ONDA Surf Hotel guarantees to provide the lowest room rate available on www.ondasurfhotel.mx or any third-party reservation platforms by making a booking via this website, you confirm you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations Bookings: Can be made online, by e-mail (experience@ondasurfhotel.mx), over the phone (813-395-9667) or in person with our hotel host at ONDA Surf Hotel. You agree that you may only make reservations for yourself and your invited guests, and you must not make reservations for the purpose of re-selling, posting, advertising or marketing reservation information through third-party websites or other means, or any false, fraudulent or speculative reservations. If you, or through any third-party or agency, need to book on behalf of one or more proposed guests, you must make the reservation directly through our reception. Changing of a guests name on any reservation is not allowed unless there are special circumstances deemed acceptable by our hotel host. ONDA Surf Hotel has the right to reject any guest from checking-in if the guest name is different from the name as stated on the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation you made in its sole discretion without notice if it appears that any reservation has been made in breach of the above terms or involve any abuse of the reservation service. We make every effort to place members of your party in the same room, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in advance to make requests about specific rooms via experience@ondasurfhotel.mx.

Age Restrictions: Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Payment: A 50% deposit of your full stay is required at the time of the booking for any reservation made through our website, third-party reservation platform or directly with our hotel host. The balance will be charged immediately upon checking-out at ONDA Surf Hotel. We accept cash (USD and Mexican Peso), PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express, Discovery and Diners Club. When checking in you will be asked to provide us with a credit card number as a caution for any damage that may be caused during your stay. Prior to arrival we can charge on your demand your credit card with the full amount for your reservation. If you intend to pay for someone’s stay and will not be checking-in to show the payment card, a request has to be sent by email via experience@ondasurfhotel.mx.

Check-In and Check-Out: You can check–in at 2:00PM and check-out is at 12:00PM. If you arrive earlier our hotel host will be there with a smile and some tips on where to get a good coffee and lunch. If you happen to arrive late, ONDA Surf Hotel will be open until 10:00PM. However, let us know if you plan to arrive after 10:00PM so we do not cancel your booking. Please do not forget to pack your ID. Make sure to bring a valid identification with you, preferably a passport, government issued National Identity card, military ID or driver's license. We are unable to check anyone in without this, so make sure to pack your ID. Student cards and security badges are not accepted. If you happen to have a late check out, you’ll have to pay $10 per hour with a maximum of 3 hours. If it exceeds 3 hours, you will have to pay another night accommodation subject to availability. You can hang out in our lounge area after checking-out if you love the place and want to stay with us a little bit longer, under our hotel host discretion.

Changes/Cancellation Conditions: A change can be made to your reservation until 2:00PM the day before your arrival. After that time no changes can be made. If you need to change the dates of your booking contact our reservation team via experience@ondasurfhotel.mx or call us directly at 813-395-9667. Changes of dates are subject to availability and rate differences may apply. If you book via another website, the changes before arrival may have to be done directly with the agent. All cancellations can only be made by e-mail directly to experience@ondasurfhotel.mx. A booking can be cancelled without charge if notice is given to ONDA Surf Hotel 14 days before your stay. If you fail to do this you will be charged your full stay if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Please note that the deposit or fees paid to any third-party reservation are not refundable (this money goes directly to these agents).

ONDA Surf Hotel Rules: Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in customers being asked to leave ONDA Surf Hotel in which event all additional charges shall become immediately payable by the guests. Any guests who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be asked to leave ONDA Surf Hotel premises. Guests are expected to respect other guests as well as staff and property. The guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at ONDA Surf Hotel. 

Personal Property: It is a guests responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are secure at all times. ONDA Surf Hotel accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests property, however sustained or caused.
