Because of our unique location and the fact that we are a small, family-run resort, cancellations affect us tremendously. A last-minute cancellation gives us limited time to re-book our specialty suites and budget apartments. For these reasons, we must impose a strict cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to cholsonchaletsltd@yahoo.com and all cancellations must be confirmed as received by Cholson Chalets staff to be considered valid.
Payments not received on time are subject to immediate cancellation without further notice and with no exceptions.
Advance payments, payments made for curtailed stays are non-refundable , but valid for a rescheduled future stay
