Without limiting the forgoing, personal property shall include (not limited to): money, jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
Each unit is provided with an allocated parking space. Additional space can be rented, depending on availability.
No animals or pets allowed.
Any loss of keys will incur replacement fees of $500, payable by guest.
Guests will be charged extra for any missing items from the inventory list provided.
This is a NON-SMOKING building. Evidence of smoking within apartments or the complex common areas may result in additional cleaning charges payable by the Guest or Invitee.
If “amendment or cancellation” of this booking occurs at any time during the course of this stay, the Management reserves the right to charge the nightly rate listed according to the actual length of stay.
All guests must sign the guest registration form after reading the terms and conditions upon arrival.
The Guest making the reservation or actually occupying accommodation or utilizing other services shallbe responsible for all charges including accommodation costs, additionalexpenses, item replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the room.
All credit card payments incur asurcharge fee no more than it cost to process the transactions as per ACCCregulations.
