Lisuga is a community-based boutique hotel to both travelers and locals who wants to experience the beauty of the island of Siargao and what it has to offer. The Hotel give its guests an atmosphere that they feel at home while staying in the island.

We cater to both family and group of friends that hopes to visit the island especially if 
it’s their first time. We want to accommodate their desire for privacy and accessibility that is also budget friendly. Providing these guests with the basic services of what a hotel has to offer and activities such as surfing, motorbike rentals, island hopping, spa services, and a restaurant in the hotel.

○ 15 days below - non refundable

Guests who opt for cancellation, 15 days before or below prior to the arrival, are entitled for one-time Rescheduling/Rebooking arrangements, at the sole discretion of the Hotel but subject to availability. ‘No Shows’ & ‘Shortened Stays’ for confirmed bookings will not be refunded. Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. 
Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Siargao Lisuga Hotel. Listed below are the hotel policies and procedures, please read them carefully. By booking with us, you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies, terms, and conditions and accepting all responsibilities prior and during your stay .🏖️🏝️🍹🌞✈️

PAYMENT AND TERMS
A full payment for your booking should be received by the Siargao Lisuga Hotel in advance before proceeding to the assigned room. Hotel services such as van transfer, tour, in room massage, surfing, laundry, and other services are upon request and subject to availability.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 
Check-in Time 2:00 PM and Check-out Time 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office Manager. 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/REBOOKING/REFUND
Direct Booking cancellation must be informed to Siargao Lisuga Hotel in advance via Facebook Page, Email, or call.
○ All cancellation 15 days prior to arrival - 50% refund 
○ 15 days below - non refundable

Kindly refer to the Guideline sent by the OTA. More importantly, OTA cancellation or concerns must be directed first to the OTA (AGODA/BOOKING.COM) before any actions. 

PARKING LIABILITY
The hotel consents to let guests park their vehicles in the parking space when a guest uses the hotel parking lot, regardless of whether the guest has deposited the keys with the hotel, and the hotel shall not be held liable for management of the vehicle.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity. 

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 24 hours. Fine of ₱1,000  will be given to violators.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE POLICY 
Housekeeping services such as Make-Up Room / Room Cleaning, Change of Linen / Bath Towel are upon request at the Front Office. Guests may hang the signage at the door. Guests are responsible for securing their personal and valuable belongings before requesting the said service. In Lisuga, all Housekeeping Staff are 100% trustworthy. Housekeepers will not be held accountable for any property and belongings loss of the guests upon housekeeping time. 

PROMOTING SUSTAINABILITY AND SAFETY
Lisuga Hotel promotes sustainability with this, the management has the right to check and enter the room when guests leave the hotel premises. This is made for a sudden maintenance check, watering of plants, etc.. Rest assured that your belongings are safe.

UNAVAILABILITY OF HOT AND COLD SHOWER
Due to current power supply challenges affecting the whole Siargao Island and the delay on giving Lisuga Hotel a Transformer Installation schedule, Lisuga cannot offer Hot & Cold Shower, for now. Currently SIARELCO (Only Electricity Utility Provider in the Island), cannot cater to provide more power due to limited electric load capacity. In fact, according to their data,  they are at 95% capacity already with 58 MW out of 60 MW. Lisuga Hotel is doing its best to give a solution to this uncontrolled situation. In fact, we are waiting for the solar power heater system to be available soon. For now, we are kindly asking for your deep understanding. By signing this document, Guests agree and acknowledge that this situation is beyond the Management’s control and is caused by existing power supply conditions in the island, and no refunds, negative feedback or compensation will be provided.

GUEST’S BELONGINGS
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going outside. Securing valuable stuff before requesting for housekeeping service is a must. The rooms have no safety vaults. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage. 

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Lost room keycards by guests will be fined ₱500. Charges will be given to guests upon departure room checking and evaluation.

FORCE MAJEURE (SUPERIOR FORCES)
Siargao Lisuga Hotel shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/or conditions beyond control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, epidemic, pandemic or delays of third parties.  Also, the Hotel will not be held liable for failure to carry out arrangements and other obligations due to the same circumstances. The Hotel must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform obligations or arrangements.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
