◘ Payment and Terms
A full payment for your booking should be received by the Lisuga Hotel in advance before proceeding to room.
◘ Check-In - Check-Out
Check-in Time 2:00 PM and Check-out Time 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office staff.
◘ Cancellation/No Show/Rebooking/Refund
Cancellation must be informed to Lisuga Hotel in advance.
○ All cancellation 15 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
○ 15 days below - non refundable

◘ Parking Liability
The hotel consents to let guests park their vehicles in the parking space when a guest uses the hotel parking lot, regardless of whether the guest has deposited the keys with the hotel, and the hotel shall not be held liable for management of the vehicle. However, the hotel shall be liable for compensation for any damage caused by willful misconduct or negligence in managing the parking lot.
◘ Use of Personal Information
It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
◘ Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 3 days.
◘ Housekeeping Service Policy
Housekeeping services such as Make-Up Room / Room Cleaning, Change of Linen / Bath Towel are upon request at the Front Office. Guests may hang the signage at the door. Guests are responsible for securing their personal and valuable belongings before requesting the said service. In Lisuga, all Housekeeping Staff are 100% trustworthy. Housekeepers will not be held accountable for any property and belongings loss of the guests upon housekeeping time.
◘ Guest's Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going outside. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
◘ Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
◘ Force Majeure (Superior Forces)
Lisuga Hotel shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure/or conditions beyond control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, epidemic, pandemic or delays of third parties. Also, the Hotel will not be held liable for failure to carry out arrangements and other obligations due to the same circumstances. Resort must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform obligations or arrangements.
◘ Management's Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
