Terms of payment and check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
If you can show up before check-in time, you will be well received and we will be happy to share a drink, store your luggage and help with good recommendations for activities and restaurants.
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of your arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room can be reassigned.
Casa Batsu will charge the value of the first night as a deposit. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation 5 days in advance.
In the event that the card is rejected or does not have an available balance, the reservation may be cancelled.
Total Charge - Entire stay - If you cancel within 5 days of arrival or if you do not show up.

Casa Batsu is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vaporizers, vaporizers, vaporizer pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (electronic cigarettes or e-cigs), electronic pipes, and any variation of the above, regardless of the product.
