Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Payments will be captured at the time of booking or shortly after the time of booking.
- If you booked a refundable rate:
- you may cancel your reservation for no charge 72 hours before your arrival. If you must cancel after this deadline you will be charged for the first night's stay including taxes and fees.
- for stay between December 20 2024 to January 8 2025, you may cancel your reservation for no charge 2 weeks before your arrival. If you must cancel after this deadline you will be charged for the first two nights stay including taxes and fees.
- If you booked a non-refundable rate:
- the reservation cannot be modified or cancelled. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. If the credit card provided is declined or invalid, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
- No shows will be charged in full (100%).
- Please note that a change in length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
- Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price.
Terms and Conditions
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book. Payments will be captured at the time of booking or shortly after the booking is confirmed.
- You must be 18+ to book a room.
- For security purposes, please provide a valid passport at check-in. Credit card must be presented upon check-in and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
