Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 50% of the reservation (excluding taxes) will be charged within 30 days of your arrival. You are authorizing the hotel to make the charge on your indicated card at the time of providing your information. The remainder 50% plus taxes will be collected upon check in (cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express).
- In case of cancellation, you will get a refund of the total of your payment if your cancellation is 30 days prior to your arrival at the hotel. In this case there is a cancelation fee of 5% (of your deposit).
- If your reservation is within a period of 30 days or less at the date of your arrival, 50% of your stay will be charged, in this type of reservation there is no refund of your down payment for reservation. Please contact: info@hotelcasatota.com for more information.
- It is important to consider that to obtain a refund by credit card the hotel has up to 15 work days to reflect its amount on the assigned card.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
If your reservation is part of a group block...
100% of your reservation will be charged within 90 days of your arrival.
Your reservation can be canceled without charge 90 days or more before arrival.
Within 90 days or your arrival date the reservation is non-refundable.

NO PARTYING OR LOUD BEHAVIOR AT ANYTIME
In the event that guests need to be compensated for the loud behavior of other guests, the offending guest will be charged the amount of the compensation. If loud behavior continues, the offending guests will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be given for any unused portion of their stay.
GUESTS: Registered guests only please
SMOKING POLICY: All units are designated Non-Smoking.
PARKING: Please don't leave valuables in your vehicle. Hotel Casa Tota is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents.
Hotel Casa Tota reserves the right to evict a guest without warning if the circumstances warrant.
