Please note all bookings must be reconfirmed by phone or email the day before your arrival. If you do not arrive within two hours of your specified ETA and do not contact us your reservation will be cancelled. Check in is from 2.00PM
For payment we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
We can only accommodate guests under the age of 18 in a private room, not shared dormitories.
All guests will be asked to show photo identification on arrival (passport/drivers licence) and pay $10 key deposits in cash which will be returned upon check out.
Please note, Melbourne City Backpackers is unable to guarantee that all members of group bookings can be accommodated in the same room.
Please note if you are late to check out (after 10am) you will lose your key deposit
Please note we do not give any refunds to private room or group bookings.
We do not give refunds to weekly or discount rate bookings
If a weekly rate booking falls on a public holiday a $4 surcharge will be applied for that day only.
