A unique property consisting of 2 super deluxe holiday homes and an indoor swimming pool with private sauna. Yes it is possible and it is all here.
Located at the nature reserve De Hoge Dijken, at the end of a quiet residential area, you will find Duinenbloem (10 rooms) and Duinengras (6 rooms).
The houses can also be interconnected. That way, you immediately have all facilities and sleeping accommodation for 40 and 30 people respectively. Together, they form the Duins Genot.
Ideal to spend an inspiring time among colleagues. To reconnect with friends and family. Enjoying the tranquillity and security that all this luxury brings.
Everyone is welcome at Duins Genot. The property is accessible for people with disabilities. Discover the beautiful extra spacious room with adapted bathroom.
If your best friend is a small pet, it may also come along, with due respect for the furnishings, of course. Maximum 2 pets per house, at 30€/pet per stay.
The indoor swimming pool has two separate entrances (one for each house) so you have your own showers, toilets, changing room and sauna. The use of the swimming pool is subject to an alternating schedule. This allows you to use the pool in private. The pool is optional at the time of booking.
Winter or summer, it is always time for a barbecue. The BBQ houses are partly covered and provide everything you need to grill to your heart's content and to chat around the glistening, hot coals.
Children will enjoy the outdoor toys and if you want to feel like being in the sunny south, you can play a game of pétanque on the private court. (The "boules" are provided).

Cancellation:
If something comes up and you cancel more than 6 months beforehand, we can reschedule or refund the deposit.
Between 6 and 3 months we can reschedule.
Less than 3 months, the advance payment is forfeited.
You also understand that our houses are not booked last minute, but a long time in advance. Therefore a short term cancellation / rescheduling is not possible.

Of course it is always good to talk to each other. Something can always happen that makes it necessary to find a solution together.
Terms and Conditions
Please pay attention to these points:
Deposit and payment:
Each reservation should be confirmed with a deposit as reflected in the confirmation email.
The remaining amount must be on account no later than 4 weeks before your arrival.
Security deposit:
8 days before your stay, the security deposit of 2000€ must be received on our account.
Tip! This security deposit can also be given on your credit card (this is only a reservation, no debit) 8 days prior to arrival call Duins Genot and give your CC details. Once entered in the system you will have to validate the reservation with your bank app. In case your bank does not accept the CC reservation the amount of 2000€ will still need to be transferred onto our bank acount.
