50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancelation must be made seven full days prior to listing's local check-in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. For exemple, if check-in is on Friday cancel by Friday of the previous week before check-in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

For a long time Vassani stay was just a dream, a place in a warm country with nice people, good energy, a beach…
Then we came to Canggu and felt this was the place.
We imagined this place very comfortable, relaxing, beautiful, a place to unwind, meet and exchange with people from all over the world.
We built it with all this in mind and put a lot of love into it.
We are so happy to share it with you; please treat it with respect.
Hot and cold spring water is available in the common kitchen; you will find what you need to prepare tea or coffee. A spring water container is in your fridge at arrival.
For liability and insurance reasons we do not accept children under 12 years old.
Our installations do not meet the safety criteria to be insured for children.

1. First rule: Have a great time in Canggu!
2. By accepting these rules you accept that you are renting a room with shared space, not a Villa with all the freedom to make noise late at night. The shared space is reserved for guests only.
3. Respect of quiet time in the rooms is very important to us (between 23:00 and 08:00). This is a place mainly to rest. The pool and garden area close at 22:30 and we ask that your visitors leave the premises before 22:30 to maintain calm for early sleepers.
4. Please take care of our guesthouse; you are responsible and liable for any damage or breakages, which you may cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Any damage to the guesthouse will be charged. We expect all items to remain on the premises. Beach towels cannot be taken out of the premises. We have Sarongs available for the beach. Just ask our staff Also do not dry towels on wood benches or wood tables as they stain.
5. It is not possible to give your keys to friends. The room is rented to you only.
6. In Bali electricity is a limited ressource. With our guesthouse status we have a certain amount of electricity allocated. If you need to use something like a blow dryer or any high watt consumption appliance please stop your AC and disconnect your fridge. After a while you can start them again. Thank you for your collaboration.
7. We suggest not using the ceiling fan when using the AC. It brings all the heat back down in the living area. Use the fan only when not using the AC.
8. Please, to do not throw any sanitary napkins or material of such kind in the toilet. In Indonesia, plumbing systems are sensitive. If you are not careful, it will block.
9. No whole coconuts in the rooms, please. It makes permanent stains on the polish cement. Ask staff for assistance to open it; they will gladly give you a bowl to carry it and you can have it outside the room.
10. We are an eco friendly business, using solar heather for the hot water, eco responsible Ac system, providing fans for air circulation, using an ecological linen and towel cleaner. A towel rack is available to help dry your towels and avoid daily cleaning if they are still clean to limit water waste. If you need your towels replaced, just leave them on the floor and our staff will gladly replace them.
11. It is recommended to use the safe to secure valuables like passport, money when you leave the room. We are not responsible for lost items in rooms.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Please do not smoke in the rooms, only on the balcony or in the garden and use an ashtray.
14. Using drugs in the guesthouse is not allowed. Any evidence of drugs use will result in a demand to immediately vacate the property.
15. Please keep the volume down on any television, radio, audio system or musical instrument. We reserve the right to require these items to be turned off if they are disturbing the neighbours. Please notify the Security guard if this rule is not respected by your neighbours.
16. Please fill the registration form for all stays. Providing us and emergency contact can help us help you in case of need.
