Prices posted on this Site may be different than prices offered by us at other locations. All prices, discounts, and promotions on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for reservations, products, or service will be the price in effect at the time the reservation is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5 % and 1% Tourism Tax.Deposit And Payment And Terms At Check-In/Check-Out
A 30% deposit for reservation is charged on the date of reservation. The remaining payment is process on the date of arrival for the entire stay. The terms of payment are within our sole discretion.Check-In
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Contactless check-in via custom access codes to the property and to your room or bungalow. Late check-ins after 5:00 PM are welcomed. However, if you plan to check in after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your check-in will be seamless. We do not have overnight staff if you have any issues, we may not be immediately able to assist. For any issues after 5:00 PM please contact us at (760) 459-5122.Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like please let us know. Late check-out is subject to availability and does incur a fee. If you check-out after 12:00 Noon, this fee will be automatically applied.Minors And Children

We have an ADA compliant room. There is also an ADA compliant parking space located in front of the property by the front gate. Please inform us if you need ADA parking or ADA room so we can ensure you can have the best experience possible.Parking
On-property parking is available by request. There is no assign parking spaces except for the ADA parking and Bungalow 3. One parking space is available per room.Quiet Time
Quiet hours for the property are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our other guests by keeping noise level during these hours to a minimum.Common Areas And Pool Hours
All common areas are open 24 hours a day. You may use these areas at any time as long as you are respectful of our other guests. If you use the common areas or pool during quiet time, please be extra caring about your noise level. No Glass containers are allow around the pool area or the pool.No In-Room Party Policy
We strictly enforce a no in-room policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and ensure the comfort of our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If the warning not followed, a penalty fee will occur. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises, in which case no refund will be granted for your stay.No Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited both in rooms and hotel grounds. A cleaning charge of $500.00 will be added to any room where there was smoking.Guest's Belongings
Our doors operate electronic locks. The guest is responsible for locking their door behind them. For your convenience and protection, safes are provided in your room to store any valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings.Damages
Guests are responsible for treating hotel property and amenities with respect. The guest or guests responsible for the reservation will be charge for the replacement or repair of hotel property.Pets
We love pets! We welcome well-behave dogs under 40 pounds with a one-time fee of $100.00 per stay. Dogs are required to be on leash at all times and are not allowed on indoor common area furniture. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we may assign your room accordingly. We have limited number of rooms available for dogs and we want to make sure both our guests and their pets are comfortable. The reservation guest is responsible for any damages caused by the pet to the property.Housekeeping
Housekeeping is available upon request between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If do not disturb sings are up, housekeeping will choose not to disturb in order to minimize interaction with the team and ensure the quality of your home stay.Hotel Buyout Policy
Our hotel buyout policy requires the blocking of all rooms available on the property for a single event. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is confirmed. As it is a hotel buyout and no one else outside the party is allowed to reserve any rooms, if any single reservation is canceled the remaining 50% will be charged for that canceled accommodation.
RATE CHECK
