The first night's deposit is non-refundable. However, guests have the option to reschedule for a new date within the next 6 months, and the deposit will be applied towards the new reservation. Please note that this option is only available if guests contact us at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date. This offer is not valid for no-shows.
Reservations for the New Year Period between 28th December till 04th of January have a special policy applied:

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 30 days of arrival. We will contact you during this period to charge the remaining amount of your reservation.

Reception Hours: 08:00 - 23:00
Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00
- Arrivals outside check-in hours must be arranged with staff at least 48 hours in advance. A late check-in fee will apply after 22:00.
Quiet Hours: 22:00 - 08:00
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use the designated smoking areas: the terrace (open from 09:00–22:00) or the garden (weather permitting).
Payment:
- Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Full payment, including taxes, is due at check-in.
- Card payments (except American Express) and cash payments in CZK are accepted.
No-Shows: The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows.
Security Deposit:
- Upon arrival, a credit card is required for a security deposit of 200 CZK per set of keys. The deposit will be refunded on the day of your check-out, provided house rules (such as quiet hours, no smoking, and key return) are followed, and no damages occur.
- Groups (8+ guests) require a 400 CZK per person deposit.
Special Room Requests: Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in private rooms with prior staff approval.
Valuables and Safety: The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box.
Lockers: Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock or you can buy/rent one from reception.
Age Restrictions:
- Minors (under 18) are not allowed in dorm rooms.

Admission Rights: The hostel may deny entry to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, or posing a threat to staff or guests.
Accessibility: Please note that our reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs, and there is no elevator available. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
