We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Telescope Villas Lombok. In order to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following policies:
- Rooms may only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
- In standard room partial or full view, not allowed to have more then 2 person. If you wish to accommodate an additional person, they must share the existing bed as no extra bed are permitted in these room. Additional cost will be 250,000 per night will be applied for the third ( breakfast is included with this additional person).
- A maximum of 2 people are allowed per villa. However, for Superior and Premium villas, it is possible to add two extra people for RP 250.000 each, including breakfast.
- Guests are given a key upon registration, and if lost or not returned, they are obligated to pay a penalty of IDR 100.000.
- From 21:00 to 07:00 hours, we observe a time of night peace. Disturbing other guests is not allowed. Telescope Villas reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to any guest who disturbs others or disrespects our House Rules in any way.
- We assume that guests are familiar with and fully understand Telescope Villas Rules at the beginning of their stay in our complex.
- Telescope Villas takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa complex property and must cover the cost of damage to Telescope Villas.
- Visitors may be allowed in guest rooms with registration at the reception. Visits are allowed until 8 p.m. Telescope Villas reserves the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during the reservation process or at check-in.
- Payments are to be made in the local currency.
- Any departures after 11 a.m. will be considered a late departure and will incur additional costs. These costs will be 25% over the room rate until 15:00 and 50% until 18:00, charged to the guest's Telescope Villas account. If departure is after 6 p.m., an extra night will be charged. If, for any reason, you need to check out earlier during your stay will be full night's stay will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of further guest stay by Telescope Villas due to misbehavior or disrespect of our rules, we reserve the right to charge for the full length of stay as per the reservation.
- Taking any items from the villa inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If you have any suggestions or technical problems in your villa, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
