Prices and Taxes
The applicable prices correspond to the room price plus all applicable taxes GST,PST & MRDT. MRDT tax will be applicable from 01st June 2020.In the event of any changes to the tax rates, fees and duties and the effective collection of new taxes, fees or duties of which the parties were not previously aware, Grand View Inn Motel reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly. The accommodation prices shown refer to the room price per night. Accommodation ,including any additional charges for extra beds,cots ,cribs and pets are liable to charge Gst ,PST and MRDT. There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cashdeposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of CADS$200 in either cash or as anauthorization on their credit card. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded ondeparture.
Reservations/ Resale
Reservations may be made electronically via the online and mobile channels of Grand View Inn Motel or through third parties/intermediaries (e.g. online booking portals). Reservations by phone, email or other non-automated reservation methods are subject to the prior consent of Grand View Inn Motel.
By reserving a room, Guests of GrandView Inn Motel enter into a contract for accommodation. If available, Guests will receive a reservation/booking reference from GrandView Motel . This will result in a contract for accommodation. This agreement is binding for both parties to the contract. GrandView Motel reserves the right to sell out the reserved rooms to another party after expiration or cancellation of the reservation. Guests will receive booking/reservation number, not necessarily a separate written reservation confirmation.GrandView Motel is entitled to cancel the booking, in particular, if a Guest has provided false information about the type of booking or payment when assigning or selling the claim to the third party. Use of the hotel room for a purpose other than that of accommodation is expressly prohibited.
For non-refundable rate bookings, marked as Cancellation policies, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. In the case of cancellations or no show, the cost of the of the whole stay will be charged to the Guest. If your reservation was booked through an advance purchase program, you will not be issued a refund.
Use of Personal Information
Guests are obliged to provide their personal information, as well as any additional relevant information for registration purposes.
Liability of the Guest
Guests must treat the hotel room with utmostcare. Guests are liable for any damage caused by them, and for consequential damage. This includes, even in the case of negligence, any unreasonable dirt, any damages. Should costs arise, such as a fire alarm or damage to the interior, through use of such mentioned items the guest is fully liable for costs that arise.
12. Smoking Policy
All Grand View Inn Motel rooms are non-smoking. It is thus prohibited to smoke either in the guest rooms. There is a designated smoking area. In the event of an infringement, GrandView Inn Motel has the right to charge non-refundable amount of CAD50.00.
Pet Charges
We're cool with pets! We even have different rates depending on the size.
$10 per night, per dog smaller than 12lb.
$20 per night, per dog 12lb and up.
Limited to 2 pets per room. Available based on occupancy and subject to pet deposit rates.
Means of payments
Valid means of payment for stays at the hotel are Master Card, Visa Card, Discover,Interact (debit) ,American Express and Cash.Services may not be provided for payment at a later date. Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
Domiciliary right
Grand View Inn Motel reserves the right to send Guests away from the hotel. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
RATE CHECK
