Property and Cancelation Policies :
-Continental Breakfast is offer daily, 6-10am
-Coffee, tea, cocoa offered all day
-Full amount of Reservation is due at time of booking.
-Refund Policies: Cancellations must be in writing.
-Reservations are 75% refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to reservation date.
-Reservations are 50% refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to reservation date.
-Less than 30 days: No refunds are available. Please contact us for emergency circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
-Prices are set at the beginning of the year, but my be changed at any time. Price changed will not affect an established booking.
-Taxes are set by the City and Borough of Wrangell. City Sales Tax is 7%, City Transient Tax (Bed Tax) is 6%.
-Full amount of Reservation is due at time of booking
-Minors are welcome at our establishment! Minors must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas at all times.
-Our hotel has an accessibility ramp, reserved parking, and entrance. Our rooms are not ADA certified, however they are all single-level with the exception of 2. Please contact us with any special needs or concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you!
-Parking is ample but on a first come, first serve basis. Any reserved parking is clearly marked in the parking lot.
-The Lodge occasionally hosts events in the Great Room. These are private events and not included in your stay.
-Please call or email with any issues you have with your booking, room, or your stay in general, and we will do our best to remedy it!
-Your personal information will only be used for The Lodge's internal records, and to make your next check-in easier! The use of video surveillance is in use in all common areas of The Lodge, for security purposes only.
-Pets: No pets are allowed.
