- The lodging tax of 3.5% per night is applicable for rentals of less than 30 days.
- GST and QST apply to all of our services or sales.
- A cleaning fee of $ 120; will apply if there is a noticeable smell of drugs, cigarettes or the like in the room.
- If for any reason the room requires additional cleaning, a charge of $ 75 will apply.
- Any damage to the room or facilities resulting from negligence will be charged to the customer for the value of the damaged property.
- By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his guests acknowledge having accepted the risks associated with their stay. Estonia cannot, under any consideration, be held responsible for injuries, accidents or illnesses.
- During the stay, if there is a theft or loss or damage to the property of the tenant or his guests, Estonia cannot be held responsible.
- All early departures or late arrivals may not be the subject of any refund or credit note.
