Rebooking Terms
Once downpayment is sent, the booking can only be rebooked, but it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
If you wish to rebook, you must do so 30 days before arrival in order to not pay for a rebooking fee.
If you want to rebook but you don't have new dates yet, the downpayment will be stored as a travel fund.
this travel fund has no expiry and can be passed on to other friends/family for free.
We will follow the updated new rates once travel fund is used.
Rooms are still subject to availability so make sure you book ahead especially during holidays/peak season.
Rebooking Fee
30 days before arrival - FREE
15 - 29 days before arrival - 20% of total booking price
1-14 days - 30% of total booking price
