- For more than 3 rooms or more and more than 3 nights, the first night will entirely be charged with taxes at time of booking.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, you will not be charged and first night will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation or modify less than 7 days before arrival, the first night plus taxes will not be refunded .

Our hotel is a non-smoking property. If you smoke or use electronic cigarettes, you will be charged 200 CAD in order to clean the room.
