Prices are variable by demand and include VAT. Rooms booked directly will not be affected by Online Travel Agent fees. Rooms booked via and OTA will have additional booking fees, please note these cannot be refunded by The Retreat New Forest.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
All our accommodations are self-check in. You will be required to have your check-in information to hand upon arrival and check in is at 16:00PM. Payment in full must be made prior to arrival and will be collected via the credit/debit card submitted upon booking, we are a cash free hotel and cannot accept cash payment for accommodation. Any issues with payment please contact The Retreat New Forest directly on 01425205524 where a member of staff will assist you. Check-out is simple, we are a keyless hotel therefore you simple need to ensure the door to your accommodation locks behind you once you leave. Check-out is at 10:00AM we ask that you are ready to leave promptly at 10:00AM, housekeeping reserve the right to enter the room from 10:00AM.
Accessibility
The Retreat New Forest ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users via the main entrance. There is a unisex ground floor toilet and the restaurant has a disabled access toilet. Our surrounding grounds are flat and wheelchair accessible via gravel pathways however, please note all our main house bedrooms and treatment rooms are only accessible by stairs. Please note that our en-suite shower rooms and baths are not wheelchair compatible. We do not have lift access and are unable to provide an alternative to stairs to access the first and second floors, therefore we ask that you take this into consideration upon booking. If you have any further questions regarding accessibility, please contact one of our team who will be happy to answer your questions.
Parking
We have ample free parking out the front of The Retreat for the use of guests and visitors to The Retreat. Should the front park be full, we do have an overflow car park to the side of the building however, please note that the car park fills up quickly and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The management team of The Retreat New Forest cannot accept liability for any vehicles or possessions let unattended in the hotel car parks.
Hotel Events
The Retreat New Forest runs multiple health and wellness events, workshops, retreats and classes throughout the year. We ask that guests respect the other activities happening within The Retreat New Forest and are welcome to book to join. A full list of all our classes and events can be found on our website www.theretreatnewforest.co.uk. The hotel is not obligated to inform all guests of upcoming events at The Retreat New Forest, but will ensure that the information is made clear and available on the website.
