Late cancellation of less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a credit card charge for 1 night’s stay or the loss of deposit. All cancellations or changes made before 14-31 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancelation/change fee. All cancellations and changes at least 31 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation/change fee. No refunds for early departure, and “No Show” will be charged the full stay. Any changes or cancellation of discounted rates will result in loss of the discount.

Reservations made on day of arrival will be charged in full. *A minimum two night stay on weekends is required. Rates quoted are single or double occupancy. Extra persons are $50 per person per night weekdays & $100 per person per night weekends.Prices vary during special events weekends. Pines party, FI Dance Festival,Spartacus Party, etc.Prices are for 1 or 2 people, additional persons are subject to a $50 per person per night weekdays & $100 per person per night weekends charge.There are no pets allowed. There is no smoking in any of our rooms.
Reservations & Payment
We require a deposit equal to the first night stay to reserve a room.Payment may be made in any of the following ways:Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, by telephone (631-597-6448) or online through our Secure Server Balance may be paid in cash or Credit Card upon arrival.
