Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, this former shooting lodge consists of two Superior bedrooms, Rafters & Kingfisher. Four House Rooms on the 1st floor of the original Grade II listed building & 8 bedrooms in the Garden Wing extension. Four on the 1st floor overlooking the river Wye & four on the ground floor that benefit from French doors leading to their own private patio area with direct access to the garden & river.

All deposits are non refundable but are transferable should you wish to move date. Cancellations or amendments to reservations within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a loss of your deposit.

All no show reservations will be charged 100% of the room fee agreed at the time of booking.

- Unfortunately we are unable to accept children at the hotel
- Parking is available on site in our car park, if this is full please park in the village, we are happy to help you with any luggage.
- If you have booked a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package with us then your table will automatically be assigned, so there is no need to make an additional restaurant reservation. If you do wish to specify your dining time then please let our team know either by telephone or email and they will endeavour to meet your request.
