Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Vista Inn. Listed below are the hotel policies and procedures, please read them carefully.
By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is after 4 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel room reservations have a 24-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 24-hrs prior 4:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 24-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s room and tax charged to the credit card on file. Non refundable rooms will be non refundable under all circumstances and the full charge will be processed for any cancellation or no show no matter the time of notice.
PET POLICIES
Pets are allowed at a price of $25 per stay based on available rooms. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel.
Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to charge any damages to the credit card on file. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pre-authorization amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.
SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times on the property. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $500.00 will be applied.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
PAYMENT POLICY:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of reservation all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken.
Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, Union Pay, AMEX, and JCB.
If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees Pre-authorization amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted.
