Flexible rate :

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival and any deposit received will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation within 14 days of arrival or no-show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of an early departure, the guest will be charged for the entire stay.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit equal to the price of the first night, excluding tourist tax, is required at the time of booking.

The balance, excluding tourist tax, is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Tourist tax will be collected at check-out.

Reception is open 24 hours. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Outside these hours we can store your luggage at the reception.

For security and insurance issues, the riad welcomes children from 12 years old.

Free fibre optic wifi (200 mb/s).

Breakfast is included and served until 10:30am.

Important: According to Moroccan law, if you are a Moroccan couple or one of you is of Moroccan nationality, you must have a marriage certificate to stay at the riad. In case of non-compliance with this rule, we will not be able to receive you at the riad and no refund will be due.
