DescriptionLocated in the heart of Pedasi, You will find Santa Catalina Hotel, our hotel is a peaceful place, that you can enjoy the magnificent rooms that we are sure you are going to love it. The hotel had been remodeled, This hotel can bring you a perfect view of the patio where you can enjoy our amazing small pool. We are keeping every detail to protect all our guest for the Covid-19 for that reason we have all the protection everywhere in our area such as; alcohol in a gel, liquid spray, we have the system to check the temperature to keep you safe, Our rooms have a specific name, these names are some different places that you can enjoy when you are in our Town, each room has a great traditional decoration. We have 4 different rooms that will make you feel at home. Our rooms are divided into Double, Double + extra, King, and single twins.

1. To make a reservation, acredit card must be provided to which a guarantee for 100% of the value of theaccommodation will be applied within 14 days before check-in (penalty period).
2. At the time of check-out,this guarantee can be canceled and payment made with another card or othermeans of payment. 
3. Alternatively, the reservation can beguaranteed by making a transfer or paying 100% of the accommodation throughbank transfer (ACH).  
4. The reservation that is notguaranteed on the 14th day before check-in will be unilaterally canceled by thehotel.
5. Reservations canceledwithin the penalty period and no show (no show at the hotel) will not have the rightto refund.
6. The reservation that isguaranteed through transfer and is canceled before the penalty period, must paythe commissions derived from this type of transaction.
7. The reservation can bemodified up to 14 days before check-in and subject to availability. Requestsafter the deadline will not be entitled to a refund.

NO SMOKING Policy.

1. In the Hotel ResidencialSanta Catalina Pedasi we define ourselves as non-smokers, so smoking isprohibited in the interior (building) and exterior (garden) spaces of thehotel.
2. Following the provisions ofLaw No. 13 of January 24, 2008, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms andclosed spaces within the hotel, including balconies and terraces.
3. Whoever is caught smokingor there are indications that they have done so, must suspend their stay andpay an extra equivalent to an additional night. 

Children policy.
1. For reservation purposes,children and babies from 0 years old count as adults and must be included inthe total number of passengers.  
2. In rooms with a King sizebed, a child under 6 years old can be incorporated as an extra using theavailable bed. We do not have an extra bed or cot.

Privacy Policy.
1. Hotel Residencial SantaCatalina Pedasi knows all legal regulations and is aware of the importance ofinformation privacy.
2. The information that ourclients give us will not be transferred to third parties under anycircumstances and for any use.

By confirming the reservation,the client explicitly accepts the rules and policies set out in this document,including the general rules, the reservation policy, the NON-SMOKING policy,the children's policy and the privacy policy. He/She also agrees to provideaccurate information regarding himself and to follow the hotel rules.  

General rules.

1. Hotel Residencial SantaCatalina Pedasí reserves the right of permanence of its guests, clients orpassengers, who must respect the rules contained in the current document.
2. The client has theinescapable obligation to register at the time of arrival at the hotel, and toregister their departure after completing their reservation, respecting thecheck-in and check-out times.
3. People other than thoseregistered may not enter the hotel.
4. All events must berespected check-in and check-out times, breakfast, room cleaning, and use ofthe pool.
5. The customer who vacateshis room on the day of check-out, without prior notice and without justifyinghis delay, will be fined with the payment of an additional night. 
6. It will be the obligation of the client topay the extra amounts of their stay at the time that the administrationrequires it.
7. The client is responsiblefor the damages and/or losses caused to himself, other guests, workers, orinfrastructure and hotel equipment, being obliged to pay or compensation.
8. To protect valuables andmoney that the client brings with him, he can use the safe in his room.
 
9. The following is expresslyprohibited: 
• Cut down trees, shrubs, branches, andflowers.
 
• Dump trash, wash vehicles and buildbonfires.
• Park in an unassigned place.
• Travel at more than 20km / hinside the hotel. 
• Carry weapons of any kind.
• Make annoying noises andprovoke altercations.
• Use the hotel's equipmentfor purposes other than its use.
• Remove any element orfurniture from the rooms and common spaces.
• Occupy high-consumptionappliances are other than those installed in the rooms.
• In general, any act thatdisturbs or makes other guests uncomfortable.
10. Pool use regulations:
• Enter the pool through theaccess door.
• No smoking and no litteringin the pool and park.
• Do not occupy the poolduring maintenance hours. 
• Do not use room towels in the pool. Requestat reception.
 
• Do not enter the perimeter of the pool withglass objects or food.
• Keep lounge chairs andsunshades in place.
• Do not run or enter the poolimproperly.
• Do not urinate in the pool.Use dining room bathrooms.
 • Do not enter the hotel rooms wet.
• You drink only with diaperssuitable for swimming pools. 
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by anadult or responsible for the loss of these items.
