Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
ONLY PRE-REGISTERED guests indicated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to stay at THE VILLAGE SIARGAO. The maximum capacity for each room will be strictly implemented.
All rooms are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. We have provided ashtrays for you on the veranda where you are allowed to smoke. Please be considerate to our non-smoking guests who may be staying in a cottage near you. We hope you will respect their need to breathe fresh air.
We DO NOT tolerate the use of illegal substances inside the property. Guests caught in violation may be reported to the local authorities.
Please note that The Village Siargao is entirely separate from Sandy Feet Siargao which will remain exclusive to it’s own guests.
MEALS:
Breakfast is available upon request but not included in your room accommodations. Breakfast may be served to your cottage for an additional 10% service charge fee.
HOUSEKEEPING RULES:
Siargao is a NO Plastic Island. We’d appreciate it if you can help us recycle your plastic trash, wrappers and bottles by putting them inside a special recycling bin provided inside your kitchen. This will ensure that all plastic trash will be disposed off properly.
Housekeeping will be done from 8am – 12pm Daily. Keep your curtains closed should you not want any housekeeping done.
Reception office hours are from 7am – 8pm Daily. Our staff break hours are from 2pm-4pm.
You can also make a difference in preserving the environment by putting used laundry towels inside the laundry basket should you wish to have them replaced with new ones. There is a cleaning charge of P500/day extra should you require daily towel changes, bedding changes not within the scheduled replacement (due to bed-wetting accidents or excessive staining) or request for constant housekeeping beyond regular housekeeping hours. Beddings are changed every 3 days or upon request.
We’d appreciate it if you don’t use our towels to wipe the floor – we have bath rugs to give you for that purpose. Soiled towels are no longer useable and will be charged to you as a penalty upon checking out.
Your drinking water is complimentary and will be replenished daily. Kindly bring your empty water bottles to the reception area for a refill.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: P400/load (dark and whites will be charged separately).
NOISE:
We hope that you will keep noise levels to a minimum and respect the need of your neighbors for some peace and quiet. Rowdy (noisy and loud) and unruly guests will also be asked to check out.
