Terms and Conditions
1. Maximum of (2) two adults and (1) child is allowed in the room, with the exception of Premier Suite and Tano Suite.
2. Only registered guests are allowed to occupy the reserved room. Please register all guests at the front desk.
3. Registered guests will be responsible for any damage to the room or any of its furnishings and accessories.
-Linen/towel stains and/or damage items price may vary by type/description.
4. Parties or social gatherings are not permitted in the guest room.
5. As a consideration for other hotel guests, security will request any loud noise or disturbances to be ceased immediately.
6. No barbequing or cooking inside the rooms with the exception of Tano Suite, included but not limited to, portable stoves, air fryers, etc.
7. Smoking in the guest room is NOT permitted, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.
-Smoking will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $300.00.
8. Room keys must be turned in upon check-out.
9. NO PETS ALLOWED with the exception of service animals.
10. The hotel requests 3-day notice for early departure, otherwise, those 3 nights without notice will be considered a cancellation charge.
11. Please secure all valuables prior to vacating your room for the day. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold room cleaning should there be any valuables exposed; including but not limited to jewelry and cash.
12. Exposed food and/or drinks will be disposed of during room cleaning. Please secure food and drinks in the fridge before vacating your room for the day.
