Property and Cancelation Policies :
In life everything happens. We get it, so reservations are fully refundable 72 hours prior to arrival time. Reservations canceled 48 hours before the arrival time will be credited for a future stay of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and making a complementary payment in the event that the rate differs due to a higher cost. To cancel your reservation, call us or write to us at (+52) 998 336 7210. Cancellations received less than 48 days in advance on the day of arrival will not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full.

Reservation Policies
- We believe that children are our future, but you must still be 18 years old to check in at the establishment and use our facilities. We accept children older than 4 years.
- Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults who will occupy the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival. This is only a guarantee, don't worry, we will not charge you.
- Group rides are fun! When booking, keep in mind the maximum occupancy rules: four people maximum for rooms with one bed (Queen or King) and eight people maximum for a quadruple room. Remember that the rate includes only 2 pax, in case of more fun, $370 per extra person will be charged!
- Once the reservation is paid, no refunds will be made, we are sorry but this is without exception.
- We are not lovers of drama, but guests who are aggressive, threatening or disrespectful in any way towards hotel staff or other guests must leave the hotel immediately and will be reported to the proper authority.The hotel It reserves the right of admission.
- In the event that the guest fails to comply with the regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the contract

*Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually done after check-out time and we reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the room/apartment is reoccupied . Remember that bedding and towels should be placed where they were originally found. Linens and towels are NOT gifts and must remain at the property. The hotel is not responsible for objects left in the room after check-out, as well as those lost in common areas during your stay*
Pet Policies
Pets are allowed? Of course! A maximum of one pet is allowed per room with an additional charge of $250 per night. Just make sure your furry friend eliminates in the designated area and remains on a leash when out of the room. Pets are not allowed in the reception or in the pool areas (this is by indication of the health department). Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the rooms at any time. If your furry friend has a bathroom accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $1,000. In the event your pet causes property damage, a fee proportional to market value will be charged to your credit card on file. Pets weighing more than 5kg or poisonous creatures are not allowed.
Room Policies
We want you to have a great time when you're here. But if things get really crazy, we stick to the old “break it, you pay it” rule and any property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Any pre-existing damage or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately upon arrival to avoid liability and possible charges. The hotel allows guests, with the permission indicated, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages, their contents or the storage thereof. You can sing your heart out and have passionate conversations all day, but from 11:00 p.m. At 7:00 am. the entire property goes into silent mode.
Security & Privacy Policies
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not reveal a guest's identity, room number, or presence to anyone other than the appropriate police force. This includes taking or delivering messages or indirectly forwarding phone calls. It is the responsibility of the guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person from whom they wish to receive calls or visits. Security cameras are used throughout the premises and anyone entering our property may be recorded.
Environmental Sanitation Tax
This tax is not included in your rate at the time of check-in. This Tax is collected by the Municipality to carry out functions such as conservation and maintenance of beaches, integral treatment of urban solid waste, lighting, environment-friendly public and elimination of open-air garbage dumps. The amount is $28.86 per room per night occupied as of February 1, 2022, according to decree No. 349 published in the official newspaper of the State of Quintana Roo on August 9, 2019, which establishes that it will be charged to reason of 30% of the value of the Measurement and Update Unit (UMA). Payment can be made in cash or by card.
