Terms and Conditions
Booking conditions for B&B in the Chateau:
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 4:00 pm. If you think you might arrive later than 20h00, please let us know beforehand so that we can take the necessary measures.
We serve breakfast outside on the terrace or in the dining room between 8:30 am and 10:00 am and on Sundays between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
Based on our house rules, we remind you that pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed outside.
Residence Taxes of € 0.70 / adult per night are also collected on each stay. This tax is added to the final invoice.
To secure a booking, we require a 30% deposit.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation 48 hours or less before arrival, the total amount of the booking is due.
Payment on departure can be in cash or by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex.
Booking conditions holiday cottages:
On the day of arrival, your cottage will be available from 4:00 pm. If you think you might arrive later than 20h00, please let us know temporarily so that we can take the necessary measures.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the cottage by 9:30 am at the latest. This is to give us enough time for cleaning.

The rent is based on self-catering. Breakfast is therefore not included.

To make a reservation we require a 50% deposit when the booking is made.
The remaining 50% is to be paid 9 weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded;
In case of cancellation less than 9 weeks before arrival, the total rent is due.A guarantee of € 500 is requested upon arrival.
