LOCATION: Futaleufú, which in the Mapuche language means "Rio Grande", is a picturesque town nestled in the Andes Mountains, 350 meters above sea level and 10 km from the border with Argentina. It is located in the Lakes Region, Palena Province, in the extreme north of Chilean Patagonia and 150 km from the city of Chaitén.
HOW TO GET THERE: From Argentina crossing the mountain range through the Futaleufú River International Pass that connects Trevelin with Futaleufú, with a total distance of 98 km from the Esquel airport to Uman Lodge.
From Chile taking the barge that connects Puerto Montt with Chaitén, and then by land 150 km away, taking the Cardenal Samoré International Pass that connects Osorno with Bariloche, and then entering from Esquel. GPS Coordinates Latitude: S 43° 12' 43" / Longitude: W 71° 51' 32".

Payments and Cancellations November 15th to December 23rd, 2023 /January 2nd to March 28th, 2024 To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30%of the total will be requested. The balance must be paid 30 days before thearrival date of the passengers. Up to 61 days before the arrival date, nopenalty will be charged. Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 30%penalty. Between 29 days and the arrival date, the total reservation will becharged as a penalty. December 23rd, 2023 to January 2nd 2024 /March 28th to March 31st 2024 To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% ofthe total will be requested. The balance must be paid 60 days before thearrival date of the passengers. Up to 61 days before the arrival date, nopenalty will be charged. Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50%penalty will be charge. Between 29 days and the arrival date, the total amountof the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
