Welcome to 4211 Suites. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- Reservations and Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, and full payment and the applicable taxes and fees are required when booking. We accept major credit cards. A $200 deposit is required at check-in for access key activation. This temporary hold will last up to 7 days if processed with a credit card. The balance of the full apartment rental amount is payable before arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization on a reservation and ID name-matching card for the room/apartment has been received and approved.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. To check in and check out, guests must visit our front desk. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. Any late check-outs automatically incur additional charges as an extension of the stay. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again. The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by 4211 Suites, and we do not charge your credit card.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will not incur any charges for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged the full stay amount. Special restrictions apply.
- Occupancy: The standard rate covers two guests per bedroom. Additional guests older than 13 years old are subject to extra charges.
- Identification: Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in, and guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room and check in.
- House Rules: No pets and smoking are allowed inside the premises. Cleaning and restoration fees may apply. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Damages and Liabilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Please be aware that amenities like bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. 4211 Suites is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Safety and Security: For your safety, please keep your room door locked at all times and report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately.
- Amenities and Services: Guests have access to all amenities as specified in their booking, but use of amenities is at guests' own risk. 4211 Suites is not responsible for any injuries.
- Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for reservation and billing purposes.
- Changes to Terms: 4211 Suites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
