Property and Cancelation Policies:
At the time of booking a 50% deposit it taken for the totality of your stay, inclusive of California Lodging Tax. If you need to cancel your stay and alert River Belle Inn via phone or email more than 14 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit to the card on file. Should you need to cancel within 14 days of your reservation check-in date, your deposit can be transferred to a future stay. If you do not have new dates in mind, we will hold your deposit as a credit to redeem on your rescheduled stay.
Our Hotel Policies:
Check In | 3:00pm - 9:00pm Early check-in is available upon request and pending availability. All check-ins must be completed during office hours. Any check-in required after 9:00pm must be pre-arranged with the front desk 24 hours prior to arrival.
Check Out | 11:00am If available, we will try to accommodate a later check out time but that must be arranged 24 hours prior to your departure with a member of the Front Desk Team
Deposit & Payment Policy | When booking with the River Belle Inn a 50% “Holding Deposit” will be taken the day of your booking. On the day of check-in the remaining 50% balance will be processed during your check-in process. Any incidentals you may incur during your stay with us will be processed to your card on file. Please be prepared to show a valid I.D. Cancellation Policy | If you must cancel, we ask that you call to speak with one of our hospitality specialists directly. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your 50% deposit. If you must cancel within 14 days of your check-in date, your deposit can be transferred to a future stay with the River Belle Inn. We strongly urge all reservations to be protected by “trip insurance” for possible emergency or urgent last minute cancellation needs

Breakfast | A full plated breakfast for up to two guests self-selected from our daily menu served from 8am – 10am. (Pre-order your full breakfast the night before with your room menu. A Grab and Go breakfast is available upon request. Additional breakfast guests will incur a charge of $25 per breakfast per day)
Belle’s Happy Hour | Offered each evening from 5:00pm – 6 ish featuring complimentary local wines, and freshly prepared snacks
Registered Guests Only | Our licensing/insurance prohibits any non-registered guests on the property.
No Pets | Pets of any variety are not allowed on the property at any time. We are happy to make recommendations for boarding facilities.
Service Dogs | Notification of the need of a Service Dog must be received by management at time of initial reservation. Service Dogs must be with you at all times and never left alone on the property. Service Dogs must have a clearly marked service animal vests on at all times while on the property. Service Dogs must always be leashed while on the property except in your room only. Service Dogs may never be allowed on the beds or any other furniture. Please arrange with the front desk for breakfast eating areas with your service dog. You must immediately clean up any and all messes from your service dog, please notify front desk if additional help is needed. You will be required to sign and adhere to our RBI Service Dog Agreement upon check in. The Inn will charge for additional cleaning and/or loss of revenue if smoking occurs or if pets are brought on property.
Parking | Reserved parking for guests only. One on-site parking space per room reservation. Spots are not assigned, so you may park in any open space when you arrive. We have two tesla charging stations on property with electric car adaptors if needed. QUIET HOURS: Our quiet hours are from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am. If you enter the Inn between these hours, please be mindful of other guests.
Lost Keys Policy | There is a $75 fee for all lost room keys. Each room is provided with one set of keys.
No Smoking | We are a non-smoking property and that is enforced throughout the entire location, including the outside covered porch and the back lawn.
