RESERVATION POLICY

• You must be at least 21 years old to book a room.
• A valid ID is required at time of check-in.
• Number of Adults and Children is required when making a reservation.
• All rooms are subject to local taxes.
• A deposit is required to reserve a room.

• Check-in time is any time after 2 pm 
• If arriving after 10 p.m. You must call 870-285-2131 to make arrangements for your key.
• Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification and pay the balance due before checking in.
• Early check-in must be approved by the office and an additional fee will apply. Please contact the hotel office to check availability if hours you are requesting are between 12 noon and 2pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than noon, then we suggest you book also the night before.

• Check-out is at 11am. 
• No late check-outs are allowed at this property.
• Please leave door unlocked and bring keys to the Office, or leave in the black mailbox at the office.

• For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance by a valid credit card. 
• Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of the credit card and a copy of the ID. 
• The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not received the authorization before his arrival.
• A deposit of your first night’s stay is required; your remaining balance is due before or upon arrival.  You can pay cash or by a credit card.

• All cancellations, changes, or moves must be performed by phone. 
• If cancellation is done 48 hours before reservation time, there is no charge.If these actions are within 48 hours of your reservation, there is a$49.00 fee per room per night that falls within the 48 hour timeframe.
• Failure to cooperate with cancellation policy, or no communication, will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
• Thank you so much for your cooperation.

• NO SMOKING in guest rooms unless you are in a designated "smoking room". 
• Feel free to smoke outside at our tables/chairs with ashtrays.
• Smoking is limited to cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco (including dip, snuff, snus, and chewing tobacco).
• Marijuana (including medical marijuana) and synthetic cannabis are PROHIBITED to possess even if you are in a “smoking room”.
• There will be a minimum $150 fee for non-compliance of smoking tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, or using smokeless tobacco in a “non-smoking” room. 
• There will be a $250 fee for non-compliance of smoking marijuana (including medical marijuana) and synthetic cannabis in ANY room.

• Customeris responsible for all damages.
• During your stay the room, all equipment, and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. 
• Immediate notification to our staff if any damage or breakage occurs over and above normal wear and tear. 
• ABSOLUTELY NO WASHING of rock or dirt in the bathtub, showers, or sinks. There will be a minimum fee for non-compliance.

• As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement if necessary. 
• This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. 
• It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.

• Safe cooking habits are important. 
• Do not leave burners unattended. 
• Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients that may linger. 
• Lingering smells that require deep cleaning will be charged for the cost of the room for the number of days it takes to remove said odors as well as any special cleaning supply costs.
• Dishes that are left dirty will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.

• We clean the rooms for a single stay daily or as needed. 
• Please call the front desk during business hours to request fresh towels or linens as necessary.

• Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. 
• For login and password, please ask the reception desk.

• There is ample parking for each room. Please be considerate of other guests.

• Pets are not allowed on this property. 
• There will be a minimum $100 feef or non-compliance, PLUS cost of damages, and guest will be asked to leave the property.

• The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
