Property and Cancelation Policies :
Unfortunately late check out is not possible since the shift of our maids ends at 3 pm.
The reception is available from 6 am to 7 pm. In case you have an earlier or late arrival, please let us know in order to leave the instructions with the hotel guard, who is available from 6 pm to 6 am for any attention you may need.
We have three parking spots, in case there is no space upon arrival, we will pay for your spot in the nearest parking lot.
We have Starlink internet all over the hotel
To guarantee the reservation a minimum of 50% of the total amount is required, this reservation fee is non-refundable and the other 50% must be paid upon arrival, which is non refundable as well, regardless of whether or not your room was used or the reasons for canceling completely or a part of your stay at the hotel.
If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you will get a credit for your deposit that will be active for one year, starting on the date of cancellation. You will be able to change dates 2 times, but the expiration date of your deposit will remain the same. Please notice: the price will be subject to changes acording to the new arrival date.
Early departure: NO REFUND WILL BE MADE under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not your room was used or the reasons for canceling completely or a part of your stay at the hotel.
Changes can be made to the original dates of the reservation, as long as the same number of nights is maintained and notice is given at least one month in advance.
In case of reducing the quantity, any change can be made with a prior notice of 30 days to avoid charging the nights that were originally reserved.
In case of no show, or cancellation less than 30 days in advance, the total of your stay will be charged to the registered card.
