Terms and Conditions
Biosecurity The Hotel has implemented Biosafety protocols to prevent COVID-19. The client is obliged to follow the recommendations indicated during their stay in the hotel. The use of a face mask is mandatory in common areas. Footwear must be disinfected upon entry. Frequent handwashing and sanitizing is recommended. A physical distance of 1.5m with other people its recommended. The client declares not to have symptoms of COVID-19 or confirmation related to COVID-19.
Schedule The hotel has a reception service from 7:00 to 22:00. Outside these hours you must notify the arrival or departure of the hotel in advance. The room must be checked out before 12:00. If you check out between 12:00 and 20:00, a daily use corresponding to 50% of the rate will be charged. After 20:00 an extra night will be charged.
Breakfast Breakfast is included in the rate. Breakfast will be served in your room or in our greenhouse (depending on the number of guests within the hotel). The client must notify the night before the time required for breakfast. You will be informed of the breakfast options available.
Food and Beverage Service The hotel has a pastry shop and coffee shop from 8:00 to 20:00. Consumption can be charged to your room account. For other foods or beverages, the hotel has a delivery service from several restaurants that you can consume in your room. The hotel provides you with the necessary dishes.
Rates and Payment Methods Prices are established in Bolivianos (BOB, Bs, $ b). Taxes are included in the rate. Payment is made at the hotel upon arrival. VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Payments are accepted in Bolivianos or American Dollars at the exchange rate established by the hotel. Due to COVID-19 it's not recommended paying in cash. For payments with bank transfers, online credit card or checks, please ask for the details to make the payment.
Guest Registration The guest must send the data of the registration card, copies of their passport or identification document before entering and sign the registration sheet at the time of entry. Minors must be registered in the reservation and occupy a bed. There are no additional beds. The hotel stores personal information for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and being in contact with the guest. The information is not accessible by other companies. In Bolivia, the government requires you to send basic information about the reservation (name, document number, age, profession and origin.). No other data is shared with other organizations. All guests must register with an identification document upon entering the hotel.
Parking The hotel does not have parking, however it is possible to leave vehicles half a block from the hotel. The guest must advise that she is traveling in her own mobility to reserve the parking space. This has a cost of Bolivianos 20 per night, which is paid directly in the parking lot. The parking lot closes at 8:00 p.m. and opens at 7:00 a.m.
Guest Meetings and Guests The Hotel has a restaurant where business meetings can be held. It is not possible to hold meetings inside the rooms.
Pets The hotel helps street animals and there is a dog house at the entrance of the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, rooms and common areas.
Safe and forgotten objects The administration is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms. The administration will only be responsible for valuables duly deposited in the establishment's safe, where the corresponding deposit receipt must be obtained. Otherwise, the establishment will be free of any responsibility. Each room has a safe with a PIN assigned by the user. Only the manager, the hotel has backup copies of the safety boxes, so in case of forgetting the PIN it can only be opened during office hours.
Laundry service The hotel has a laundry service. Clothes are delivered in designated bags that you will find in your room. If you deliver before 9:00 a.m. it will be returned the same day. The clothes are washed in automatic washing machines and dried in a drying machine. If the clothes are delicate do not include them in, no clothes are washed by hand. Clothes are not ironed, they are only folded once they come out hot from the dryer.
Internet and Wi-Fi The hotel has a high-speed Wi-Fi service. The access code will be given to you upon arrival at the hotel.
