All guests must be over 18 or accompanied by an adult at all times.
In order to check-in, all guests must present a valid, government ID (a passport or US State driver's license) and a debit or credit card in their name.
We are not able to host New York residents.
Guarantee Policy:
A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation and a $100 pre-authorization will be required on a credit or debit card in your name, presented at check-in.
All cash payments will require an authorization of $100 on a valid credit or debit card.
We reserve the right to charge the card on file for any property damage or penalties incurred during your stay. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card on file is invalid.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel by 12:15 AM local hotel time at least 2 days prior to arrival and no penalty is incurred.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged the first night plus tax.
No shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Rates:
All nightly rates are taxed based on local, city, and state taxes.

Guests:
All guests must be registered at reception with a valid government ID on file. Your friends are very welcome at the hostel until 11pm but non-registered guests are not allowed upstairs or in guest rooms. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy of your private room (2 people) or dorm bed (1 person). We are not able to host New York residents.
Maximum Stay:
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without a refund at any time if laws, rules, or policies are broken during a guest's stay. The maximum stay is 21 days in any calendar year.
