Non-Refundable Rate: If your booking is non-refundable the full amount will be charged in advance. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.
Please note: Once you have checked in the booking is non-refundable.

Bookings Policy
When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, their name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number, and expiry date. By filling out the available forms, you agree to provide us with valid personal data. We inform you that the personal data you provide will be treated in files in order to provide the services and/or information requested, newsletters, and advertising.
Payment
We accept payment in cash or by credit card.
City tax:
City tax is not included and is 50CZK per person/per night.
Group Booking (More than 8 people)
If you want to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please contact us by email a different policy applies. We have special group prices!
A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300€:
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

If you do not wish to receive a newsletter or publicity through your email, you can request the withdrawal by sending an email to info@onefamhostels.com with subject “unsubscribe newsletter and advertising”. In the course of 10 days you will receive a response as we accept your withdrawal.
