Property and Cancelation Policies :
- * Cancel free of charge 48 Hours from day of arrival.
- * Cancel free of charge 7 days from day of arrival over Easter weekend and Christmas/New Year period.
- * No refund for any cancellations we receive less than 48 hours from day of arrival.
- * No refunds for any booking after check in.
- * All tours booked through Woolshed that are cancelled will incur an admin fee to cover the costs of credit card transactions.

- * Full payment for all accommodation will be charged on your credit card 48 hours prior
- to arrival OR up to 7 days before arrival during public holidays and major events. If booked
- within these time frames the credit card will charged in full when we receive and
- process the booking. All failed transactions (invalid card, insufficient funds etc) could
- result in cancellation of booking.
- * Late check in's can be arranged. Please let us know if you will arrive after reception closes
- so we can arrange it and send you our late check in procedure. Email or text.
- * All our rooms are Non Smoking. If smoke is detected in a room an extra $50 cleaning fee
- will apply.
- * If rooms are left in an unreasonable state and require extra cleaning a $50 fee will apply.
- * Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
- * Off street parking is free and available for our motel style private rooms only (Deluex, En- suited and family studio)
- * Street parking is free and available for our dorm room and budget private rooms.
- * Check in from 2pm | Check out 10am.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking, at any stage for breach or terms & conditions
- or policies.
