Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
- Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations done 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- No refund for early departures or no-shows.
Terms and Conditions
- The full prepayment is required before arrival.
- To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).
- Within a couple minutes after booking, you will receive an temporary online payment link from the email address payment@jashitacollection.com, to complete this first payment.
- The remaining balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival date. Our Reservations Department will send you a second online payment link from the email address reservation@link2saferpay.com .
- All rates are seasonal, in US dollars per night, and subject to 21% Mexican Government and Hospitality Tax.
- All rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
- Late Check-out after 12:00 pm is subject to availability and an extra fee may apply.
