The Waitsfield Innis centrally located on the Mad River Byway (Route100) in Waitsfield Vermont, just minutes from two major ski resort-Sugarbush Resort (Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen) and Mad River Glen. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries, and in the summer months a stones throw from the Waitsfield Farmers Market. This traditional Vermont bed and breakfast was built in 1825, and today its historic charms blend perfectly with modern comforts, and touches of progressive cultural nuance, as the Inn moves to Eco BnB status complete with a Pland Based Cafe Menu, Forestry replanting programs and an effort to reduce recycle and reuse.Accommodations in 1 of 12 classic guestrooms, or perhaps "rough it in one of our Bunk House rooms each with a private bath. The great room has something for everyone from board games to card games and a fireplace that often is the gathering point. It features a big screen TV for sporting events or a movie. Our extensive library provides good books as well. For those of you who need to be "fully connected", we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the Inn.
The Waitsfield Inn is available for rehearsal dinners, celebrations, luncheons and teas, baby and bridal showers, business meetings and conferences. The Waitsfield Inn is under new management and ownership, many improvements and additions are planned for the Inn. Our intention is to retain the charm and historic ambiance of the Inn while making it functional in this new age of travel and experience.
