RESERVATION CONDITIONS

POLICIES OF CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF YOURRESERVATION
1. Any change or cancellation to your reservationmust be requested at +504 32383896 at least 72 hours before the date of arrivalat the Hotel, providing your confirmation code(s). For reservations made thesame day of the stay, changes or cancellations will not apply, so the "NoShow" charge will be made, corresponding to the charge of one night plustaxes for each room to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.2. Regardless of the nights reserved, if thechange or cancellation is not made in the time and manner mentioned above, orif the Guest does not show up on the date of entry, the "No Show"charge will be made.3. All reservations must be guaranteed by creditcard in the guest's name or deposit for an amount equal to the total amount tobe paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not guaranteed, theHotel will not be obliged to respect the reservation. The Hotel will carry outa preliminary verification with the issuing bank of the credit card 72 hoursbefore the guest's arrival. In the event that said pre-verification is notapproved, the reservation will be considered as Not Guaranteed, and the Hotelwill not be obliged to respect the stay thereof.4. In payments by credit or debit card at thecash desk, the cardholder must present their bank card and official photoidentification.5. In case of not making the payment at the timeof the check-in of the guest that does not comply with what is established inthe previous point, it will be interpreted as a lack of presentation of theguest and will give rise to the charge for "No Show" in the sameterms of the next point.6. In stays of more than one night, if the guestdoes not show up at the Hotel on the date and time established for thecheck-in, the customer will be charged the penalty as a "No Show"(the first night of the room plus taxes) on the credit card used to guaranteethe reservation. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically.
DEPOSIT
