Where cancellation is Covid-19 related, we will offer clients an accommodation credit to be used for a stay within an 18 month period, for the same duration as the original booking. Early rebooking is respectfully encouraged to avoid any disappointment over dates. Where rebooked vacations are of a lesser value than the original booking, surplus funds can be applied to airport transfers, fast track or other services and any additional surplus after that will be refunded. Where re-booked accommodation is of a greater value, the guest will be responsible for any additional amount. For all re-bookings our normal cancellation policy applies. However, if the pandemic continues for another year after the original first cancellation, we will extend the credit period. In order to cancel under the Covid-19 cancellation policy, clients will be required to attest to facts or supply supporting documentation for their extenuating circumstance, such as FCO published advisories preventing travel, flight cancellations, airport closures, a positive Covid-19 test result or Government mandated lockdowns. We are happy to work with each client on a case by case basis to ensure the best possible mutually acceptable outcome.
