Terms and Conditions
- Upon Check-in, we require Incidental Deposit of Php2,000. This will be returned upon Check-out.
- All check-in Guests must present Primary I.D(i.e. Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID, PRC, etc.)
- Early Check-in & Late Check-out is Php500 per hour and depends on the availability.
- Only 1 Key Card will be issued per occupant. Carry Key Card at all times during your stay.
- In case keycard is lost, the amount payable shall be Php500.
- Resort will only accept cash as form of payment (no personal check, credit card, etc.)
- Cancelled Bookings is Non-Refundable
- West35 Eco Mountain Resort is the last to interpret all the policies and rules given. Bringing in of food and beverages is strictly discouraged.
- A good selection of food and beverages is available at Haven Café.
- Corkage fee applies to ALL brought in food and drinks. Corkage fee is Php300 per item.
- Only Two (2) Children from 5 years old and below are FREE of charge.
- For extra person rate is Php500.
- Any loss, damage, breakage found within the Room upon your stay will be added to your bill.
- No smoking inside the resort premises. Penalty will be Php3,000.
- Resort property has WIFI
