INTERNAL LODGING REGULATIONS1. The present Internal Regulation obliges for itsfulfillment both BAJO LAS HOJAS and the guests who contract its services.2. Bajo las Hojas is a place for rest where access to minorsis limited or confirmed with the rest of the guests to avoid scandals,annoyance and not respect the rest of the other guests. By ignoring this, theguest renounces his contract of stay and may be evicted.3. Any person staying at this establishment is obliged toidentify themselves and register in the special books that the establishment ormanager of the establishment will carry out for this purpose. When guests are apre-booked group, a formal representative will fill out the sign-in sheet inadvance accompanied by a guest list.4. The time of entry (check-in) is at 15:00 hours and thetime to check the exit (check-out) and evacuation of the room is set at 12:00hours each day. If any guest stays longer, they will be charged for one moreday of stay, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes for this purpose. If youwant to change the departure date, we recommend notifying it at the reception.5. The lodging service must be paid in advance, so that everyguest upon registering must cover the total amount of the lodging. If theclient does not pay on time or does not follow the cancellation clauses, heloses the right to use the room. The administration will issue an invoice forthe services provided and the amount covered by them when the guest requestsit. Bajo las Hojas does not assume responsibility for contracted externalservices.6. No user has theright to give accommodation to any person without the prior consent of themanagement, in any case the corresponding procedures must be carried out fortheir registration and the payment of the respective accommodation fee.7. If any guest becomes ill, we request the immediatenotification to the Bajo las Hojas team to coordinate the necessary proceduresfor the rapid medical attention of the guest.8. Bajo las Hojas is not responsible for objects or values​​forgotten or lost in the facilities. The objects or valuables forgotten by aguest in the room will remain in the custody of the Bajo las Hojasadministration for a period of 60 days, once this period has concluded and asthere is no claim, they will be discarded.9. Customers are not allowed to have any type of animalsinside the rooms.10. The rights of the establishment as well as of the guestsare reserved to report to the competent authorities the facts that constitutesomething illegal or that give rise to responsibility by any of the parties intheir persons and property, as long as they occur within the installations.11. The use to be made of furniture, clothing and other service objects will be rational and moderate,taking proper care of them. Every guest when leaving their room has the obligation to leave the doors, windows, water taps closed, as well as to returnthe keys to their room to the administration on the day of their departure.13. Security measures have been taken in the establishment byinstalling fire extinguishers to be used in an eventual case.14. Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, being forbidden to disturb the order, inconvenience or disturb other guests, as well as using the room to perform any act or game prohibited by law. It is strictly forbidden to bring into the property alcoholic beverages and toxic substances prohibited by law.15. In the provision of services by Bajo las Hojas there will be no discrimination for reasons of sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social condition. The establishment may deny its services when the guestappears drunk, under the influence of drugs, narcotics or when it is intendedto use other than the lodging service.16. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the rooms according to the general health law for tobacco control. By not respecting and smoking inside the rooms, you will have to pay a fine of MXP $4,700.00. 17. Breakfast service is in the main dining room with service from 7:45 am and available until 10:00 am (Room service is not included). 18. The hours of use of the pool are from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. 19. Failure to comply with these Internal Accommodation Regulations by the guest can be grounds for termination of the accommodation contract, without legal liability to the owner.
