Bajo las Hojas is a place for rest where access to minorsis limited or confirmed with the rest of the guests to avoid scandals,annoyance and not respect the rest of the other guests. Any person staying at this establishment is obliged toidentify themselves and register in the special books that the establishment ormanager of the establishment will carry out for this purpose. Bajo las Hojas is not responsible for objects or values​​forgotten or lost in the facilities. The objects or valuables forgotten by aguest in the room will remain in the custody of the Bajo las Hojasadministration for a period of 60 days, once this period has concluded and asthere is no claim, they will be discarded.9. Customers are not allowed to have any type of animalsinside the rooms.10. The rights of the establishment as well as of the guestsare reserved to report to the competent authorities the facts that constitutesomething illegal or that give rise to responsibility by any of the parties intheir persons and property, as long as they occur within the installations.11. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the roomsaccording to the general health law for tobacco control. Breakfast service is in the main dining room with servicefrom 8:00 am and available until 10:30 am (Room service is not included). Ifyour departure is early, please notify us and we can gladly prepare coffee andtoast before (from 7:00 am notifying when entering the facilities).18. The hours of use of the pool are from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm,later the maintenance work will be carried out.19. Failure to complywith these Internal Accommodation Regulations by the guest will be grounds fortermination of the accommodation contract, without legal liability for thecompany.
