- If the smoke alarm is activated in your room due to smoking, The credit /debit card used for your reservation will be charged 200 EUROS Please remember that it is strictly forbidden to manipulate, impede or cover the smoke detector in any way.In the event that you tamper with or cover the smoke detector, you will be expelled from the property without any refund for your entire stays, as the action endangers the security of the other guests as well as the establishment.
It is forbidden to ignite any type of flame in the room, including to cook. - A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
